The Go+Learn model has been created to connect VET and education practitioners with the economic and production agents and institutional stakeholders.
The strategic purpose of such a paradigm is to improve the VET system to comprehend labour market needs better and match skills.
Among other initiatives promoted amidst GO+Learn, there are:
Non-formal/in-formal learning opportunities for teachers, trainers, and learners
In-company seminars to improve teaching methodologies and orientation for students.
Workshops to implement Go+Learn at a local level
Coordination of the GO+Learn at the European level to promote the model and have an impact locally.
The event will include three main sessions.
In the first part, after a brief introduction, speakers will take the floor to present the model and its success cases.
Secondly, during an interactive sessions, participants will learn about the LDJ Problem Solvind method and about the importance of regional cooperation.
Morover the final part of the event will focus on PLRs Balkans Contries when guests will analyse three cases: Montenegro, Albania, and Kosovo.
